These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, services, and photo booth facilities located at Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya, Malaysia. By booking a session, visiting our store, or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

General Terms

These Terms apply to all customers using Femme services. Femme reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Booking & Reservations

Bookings may be made online, via social media, or in-store.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit (if applicable).

Customers must arrive at least 5–10 minutes before their scheduled time.

Late arrivals may result in shortened session time without refund.

Payments

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Full payment may be required before or at the time of service.

Femme reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.

Payments made are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Customers must handle all equipment, props, and booth interiors with care.

Any intentional damage to equipment or property may result in repair or replacement charges.Food, drinks, or sharp objects are not allowed inside the booth.

Femme reserves the right to refuse service to individuals engaging in inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

Conduct & Behavior

Customers must behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.

Offensive, illegal, explicit, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

Femme reserves the right to stop a session without refund if rules are violated.

Intellectual Property

All booth designs, branding, layout concepts, and website content remain the intellectual property of Femme.

Customers may use their photos for personal use.

Commercial use of photos (for advertising or resale) may require written permission.

Technical Issues

In the event of equipment malfunction, Femme will provide:

A replacement session, or

A refund (where applicable), at management’s discretion.

Femme is not responsible for technical failures caused by power outages or external disruptions beyond our control.

Liability Limitation

Customers use Femme facilities at their own risk.

Femme shall not be liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or indirect damages.

Customers are responsible for their personal items at all times.

Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure

Femme shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
